It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Michael Gerard Millay of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on November 28, 2021, at the age of 60, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Joseph "Jack" and Wanda Millay; his birth mother Mary "Joyce" Simmons; and his sister Lisa Holliman. He is survived by: his daughters, Kelly Giraudo (Jon), Megan Hall (Chris) and Tera Loague (Brandon); the mother of his children Carla Simpson (White); his grandchildren, Ethan, Jones Giraudo, Reece, Kinley and Myles Hall; and his siblings, Pat Millay (Patty), Theresa Gable (Greg) and Debbie Sykes (John). He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
