Michael Douglas Gilmore Obituary

We are sad to announce that on February 1, 2023, at the age of 77, Michael Douglas Gilmore of Owensboro, Kentucky passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his father Alfred Gilmore; his granddaughter Anna Grace Donaldson; his sister Melinda Whittaker; and his brothers-in-law, Bryant Stiles and Tom Krebs.

He is survived by: his wife Julia Allison Gilmore; his children, Jake Gilmore and Amy Donaldson (Todd); his grandchildren, Nate, Emory and Audrey; his siblings, Tony Gilmore (Donna) and Cherie Stiles; and his siblings-in-law, Donnie Whittaker (Brenda) and Joan Allison Krebs. He is also survived by three nephews and four nieces.

Expressions of sympathy may take the form of contributions to First Baptist Church Benevolence Fund.
