She is survived by: her parents, Field Jeffrey Eason (Sherry) and Michelle O'Bryan Eason; her husband Bryan Hamilton; her children, Simon Crosby, Eli Patrick and Annalee Rose Hamilton; her siblings, Laurie Frye (Kyle), Katie Householder (Robbie), Zach Eason and Luke Eason; her parents-in-law, Greg and Connie Hamilton; and her siblings-in-law, Brad Hamilton (Jennifer), Michelle Hamilton and Mary Phoenix Dunn (Corey). She is also survived by one niece and four nephews.
