She was predeceased by: her father Henry Byron Collins Sr.; her nephew-in-law Dale Carpenter; and her great-nephew Zackery Guinn. She is survived by: her siblings, Mereda Hicks (Ronnie) of Owensboro and Henry Collins Jr. (Linda) of West Liberty; her children, Renee Hicks Guinn (Jeremy), Tracey Hicks Dawahare (Brian), Lucinda Collins (Missy), Susie Carpenter and Ginifer Combs Swofford (Chris); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Dalton, Dillon, Emma, Ally, Tyler, Bella, Holt, Tucker, Charlie and Nash.
