She is survived by: her children, David Wayne Blay (Joyce) of Huntsville, Yvonnda Lynn Talbott (Terry Phelps) of Owensboro and Joyce Lynn Talbott-Dull (Dion Dull) of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Darian Dull, Dakota Dull, Kykinda Blay and Kellee Blay; her great grandchildren, Halle, Kaunna, Jyler, Josiah and Joshua Blay; and her brother Elbert Blay (Mary) of Cleveland, Ohio. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, nephews and close friends.
