She was predeceased by: her parents, Albert Goetz and Anna Hinsey Goetz; her husband Frank A. Johnston, Sr.; her daughter Rebecca Bowman; her granddaughters, Victoria Johnston and Ashley Turner; and her siblings, Barbara Lashbrook and Herman Goetz.
She is survived by: her children, Fran Limbach (Keith) of Taylor Mill and Frank A. Johnston, Jr. (Amy) of Charlestown, Indiana; her grandchildren, Travis Johnston (Shabri) of Owensboro, Chloe Weaver (Danny) of Indianapolis, Katie Hasson (Michael) of Highland Heights, Kelsey McCloskey (Josh) of Edgewood and Jared Limbach of Newport; and her siblings, Marvin Goetz of Owensboro, Mike Goetz (Sue) of St. Joseph, Eileen Fulkerson (Joe) of Hartford, Frances Gaddis of Sorgho and Linda Powers of Owensboro. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
