She was predeceased by: her husband Gene Hawkins; and her brother William Earl Survant, Jr.. She is survived by: her daughters, Debbie Brown (Randall) of Frankfort, Linda Love (Frank) of Frankfort and Jenny Sholar (Dan) of Frankfort; her stepdaughters, Vickie Hundley (William) of Owensboro and Melissa Rock (Kevin) of Beaver Dam; and her stepsiblings, John Survant and Earlene Survant.
