She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Kelly and Eula Ellis Kelly; her husband Hayward K. Hamblen; and her sister Lois Butler. She is survived by: her son Lewis Hamblen (Melinda); and her grandchildren, Ashley Underwood (Bryant), Nathan Hamblen (Miriah), Austin Underwood, McKenzie Underwood and Jude Underwood.
