She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Leland and Elizabeth Price Kimbell Woodson; her husband Gurley Eugene Barr; her son Robert Rivers Humphreys, Jr.; and her great grandchild Lucas Dwayne Case.

She is survived by: her grandchildren, Gretchen Pickerill (Tom), Lori Jo Lee (Willie), Julie Case (Dwayne) and Terry Lee Truett (Christy); her daughter-in-law Marilyn Hobgood; and her siblings, Velma Simpson, Elizabeth Cook, Alice Faye McBride, Doris Stroud, Jimmy Woodson (Sandra) and Tom Woodson. She is also survived by 11 great-grandchildren; 11 great-great-grandchildren.
