She was predeceased by: her parents, Durward John Clark and Mary Helen Head Clark; and her siblings, William T. Clark, Elizabeth Mattingly, Dennis Clark and Gerald Leon Clark.
She is survived by: her siblings, D. J. Clark, Anna Lou Bergevin (Vic) and Nancy Marie Walz (George). She is also survived by many nieces and nephews; and several great-nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, expressions of sympathy may be made by memorial contribution to a Spiritual Bouquet in the form of Catholic Mass. Envelopes will be available at the funeral home and church.
