She is survived by: her son Jason Collignon (Kimberly) of Evansville; her grandchildren, Cameron of Evansville, Abigail of Evansville and Isabelle Collignon of Evansville; and her siblings, Sally Hayden (Richard) of Owensboro, Jimmy Mulligan, Jr. of Owensboro, Bill Mulligan (Jian) of Monterey Park and Pat Mulligan (Pat) of Owensboro.
