She was predeceased by: her parents, Justice Purcell and Virginia Purcell; her husband Herbert Bell; and her sisters, Bonnie Hagan and Virginia Smith.
She is survived by: her children, Kenneth Bell (Jimi) of Tampa, Beverly Bacon of Owensboro, Cindy Sublett (Joe) of Owensboro and David Bell (Cindy) of Owensboro; and her siblings, Leroy Purcell, John Benny Purcell, Margie Dickens and Ethel Hobbs. She is also survived by six grandchildren; seven great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren.
