With profound sadness, we say goodbye to Mary H. Thompson of Owensboro, Kentucky, whose vibrant spirit touched the lives of many. Mary H. left this world on January 6, 2025 at the age of 83, leaving a void in the lives of so many people. She was predeceased by: her parents, Lafayette Haycraft and Ophelia Marie Payne Haycraft; and her sisters, Martha Howard, Dottie Hack and Yvonne Haycraft.
She is survived by: her children, Todd Thompson (Tammy), Kim Barnett (Denny), Kelly Trogden (Paul) and Holly Wilson (Yaz); and her siblings, Jack Haycraft, Joe Haycraft, Faye Bilderbach, Carolyn Anderson and Sheila Downs. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 12 great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Thursday, January 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the Carmel Home (2501 Old Hartford Rd, Owensboro, KY 42303).
