She was predeceased by: her parents, James L. Payne and Catherine Benita Payne (Knott); the father of her children Matthew Keiser; her husband Leo Fulkerson; her son Ronald Keiser; and her siblings, Vincent, James, Gerald, Herbert, Frank, Raymond Payne and Lucille Neumann.

She is survived by: her children, Joyce Nalley (Gerald) of Owensboro, Sarah Hayden (PJ) of Owensboro and Matthew H. Keiser (Kathleen) of Elizabethtown, Kentucky; and her siblings, Teresa Simpson (Paul) and Edward Payne (Julie) of Evansville, IN. She is also survived by eight grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, and one great-great-grandchild.
