She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard Clark and Bessie Pinkston Clark; her husband LeRoy Powers; her siblings, Louise Waltrip (D. H. "Toots"), Margaret Fischer (Bill), Hugh Clark and Weldon Clark; and her grandchild Dana Leigh Rickard.

She is survived by: her children, Mike Powers (Shirley), Lisa Rickard (John) and Kevin Powers (Patsy); her grandchildren, Greg Powers, Chad Rickard and Tory Rickard (Rachel); her great grandchildren, Breana Powers, Brandon Powers, Gabby Rickard, Silas Rickard and Amilia Rickard; and her great great grandchild Blakeleigh Obryan. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
