She is survived by: her children, Linda Crabtree, Donna Whitehouse of Owensboro and Alan; her daughter-in-law Tina Whitehouse of Augusta, GA; her grandchildren, Tonya, Jay Wells of Dyersburg, TN, Dwayne Kent and Sherry Crabtree of Louisville, KY; and her great grandchildren, Courtney Wells, Alyssa Wells of Louisville and Bailey Wells of Dyersburg.
