She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Harder and Mary Harder; her husband Elmo Chester "Mo" Stroud Jr.; her siblings, Frances Louise Smith and Walter L. Harder Jr.; her nieces, Jackie Franklin and Debbie Morton; and her great-nephews, Rob Wimsatt and Brian Wimsatt.
She is survived by: her nephew Walter Harder III (Judy); her niece Vickie Thomas (Allen); and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Kevin Porter, Michelle Ryan, Jodi Porter, Brandi Wimsatt-Rios, Ashley Bartley, Whitney Siddiqi, Mary Katherine Harder and Allen "Bud" Thomas. She is also survived by several great-great nieces and nephews; and great-great-great nieces and nephews.
