She is survived by: her children, Jeramey Alan Hawkins, Johnathon Scott Hawkins and Brandie Marie Hawkins; and her grandchildren, Bailey Borun-Hawkins, Brittany Cook, Elijah Haycraft, Jay Hawkins, Gavyn Hawkins and Harley Hawkins.
