She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward Wink and Susan Greenwell Wink; her daughters, Holly and Heather; and her brothers, Bobby Wink, Tony Wink, Paul Wink and Bernie Wink.
She is survived by: her husband David A. Lashbrook, Sr.; her children, David Lashbrook, Jr. (Leiann), Keith Lashbrook (Michelle), Greg Lashbrook (Tamberly McCoy), Jeff Lashbrook (Connie) and Michelle Fischer (Jerry); and her siblings, Edward Gene Wink, Jr. of Utica, Richard Wink of Owensboro, Rose Wink of Owensboro, Sue Smith of Hardinsburg, Julia Rynerson of Franklin, Mary Alice Stratman of Newburgh, Carol Smith of Owensboro, Annette Stiff of Forest and Virginia. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 12 great grandchildren and two great grandchildren.
