She was predeceased by: her siblings, H. E. Rhoads, Cathy Wright, Fay Rhoads and Joy Rhoads. She is survived by: her husband Donald Johnson; her children, Mary Lynn Wright (Jack) and Kevin Winstead (Becky); her stepchildren, Richard Johnson, Donna Payne (Jeremy) and Jason Johnson (Susan); her grandchildren, Megan, Jenny, Katie, Jay, Emma, Jacob, Sam, Isaac and Jonah; her siblings, Forrest Rhoads, Jean Anderson, Chris Rhoads (Lee), Carole Embry and Rosellen Ralph; and her great-nephew Christopher "Kit" Rhoads. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
The family wishes that in lieu of flowers, contributions be made to a ministry Martha supported, Century Connect Ministry at Century Christian Church, 1301 Tamarack Rd, Owensboro, KY 42301.
