She was predeceased by: her parents, R. A. Alexander and Agnes Murphy Alexander; and her brother Jerry Alexander. She is survived by: her sister Deb; her friend Savannah; her husband George Ballard; her children, George David Ballard (Lisa), Mark Alan Ballard (Jessica) and Katherine Marie Wermuth (Billy) of Louisville; her grandchildren, Stephen Ballard of New Hampshire, Cassie Ballard (Ethan Phillips), Kirstie Hagan (Aaron) of Owensboro, Nick Brunner (Alexa), Nathan Brunner (JoAnna), Noah Brunner of Louisville, Tyler and Bailey Ballard of Owensboro; her great grandchildren, Grayson Ballard, Chloe Phillips and Willow Hagan; and her siblings, Bill Alexander and Debbie Masterson (Willie) of Owensboro. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and cousins.
