He was predeceased by: his parents, Raymond F. Leonard and Aila D. Leonard; and his siblings, Betty J. Clark and Charles R. Leonard. He is survived by: his daughters, Olivia N. Carter (Dylan) and Ashley "Belle" G. Leonard of Owensboro; his siblings, Louise Skinner (Jack) of Louisville, KY, Euva Stallings (Lee) of Pasadena, MD, Faye Hinton (Steve) of Whitesville, KY and Jim Leonard (Bonnie) of Mesa, Arizona; and his grandsons, Josiah L. James and Elijah L. Carter. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
