He is survived by: his children, Cheryl Peay (Steve) of Reed, Darlene Petri (Michael) of Lewisport, Tammy Hagan (Darrell) of Whitesville and Barry Sparks (Vanessa) of Owensboro; his grandchildren, Stephanie Peay Pfeil (Jason), Tim Peay (Misty), Jennifer Peay Coffman (Ryan), Katie Petri, Michelle Petri Grayson (Colby), Jason Hagan (Lauren), Dustin Hagan (Brooklyn), Ashley Sparks, Megan Sparks, Brittany Sparks Sutherland (Richard), Courtney Sparks Maglinger (Derek) and Jake Sparks; his brother Jackie Sparks (Delilia) of Owensboro; and his sister-in-law Patty Osborne of Owensboro.
