She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Hulsey and Delma Anderson; her husband Jerry Jackson; her sister Sharon Alvey; and her great grandchild Jordyn Ammon.
She is survived by: her daughters, Lesa Ammon (Ron) and Jeanette Shepherd (Mike); her siblings, Christie Brown, Bonnie Mason (Billy) and Danny Hulsey (Cheryl); her grandchildren, Rachel Jacobi (Josh), Andrew Ammon, Aaron Ammon (Kimberly), Jerry Ammon (Trisha), Maribeth Ammon, Brianna Flamion (Jonathan) and Hannah Ogilby (Cody); and her great grandchildren, Lily, Lana, Savanna, A'Maya, Kyrie, Kaiden, Ethan, JohAnna, Emmitt, Ronnie, Noah and Jackson. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
