She is survived by: her children, Carol Ann Carlisle, Cherilyn Kizer, Richard Carlisle (Leslie), Mark Carlisle (Anne) and Brian Carlisle (Anissa); her grandchildren, Craig Kizer (Ginny), Ryan Kizer (Kristen), Laurie Carlisle Hodge (Craig), Nick Carlisle (Monique Smyth), Sarah Carlisle Swift (Sam), Brett Carlisle (Lauren) and Will Carlisle; and her great grandchildren, Bryson Kizer, Logan Kizer, Max Kizer, Cooper Kizer, Elliot Hodge, Joanna Swift, Ellie Carlisle and Graham Carlisle.
