She was predeceased by: her parents, Herman Schrecker and Lottie Page Schrecker; her former husband Benny Hardesty; her husband Marion Ray Hester; and her daughter Sandra Self.
She is survived by: her daughters, Theresa O'Bryan (Pat) and Annette Wilson (David); her adoptive sons, Ben and Justin Wilkerson; and her sister Lucille Contarino. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Precious Blood Catholic Church (3306 Fenmore St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, April 15th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
