She was predeceased by: her husband James Orville Lively; her children, Marlene Lively Shadowen and Donnie William Lively; and her sisters, Eloise Robinson and Violet Jolly.
She is survived by: her sons, Steve Lively (Mary) of Owensboro, Noel Lively (Krista) of Crestwood, KY and James Lively (Lynne) of Greeneville, TN. She is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
