She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Green and Lela Kowgitz Green; her husband Louis Hawes; and her siblings, Carlos Green and Margery Petri.
She is survived by: her daughter Dixie Hawes Falk (Charles) of Bowling Green; her grandsons, Charles "Chip" Grady Falk (Patricia) of Winchester and William Louis Falk (Heather) of Panama City, Florida; her great grandchildren, Tyler, Liam, Bryce, Garrett, Trevor and Ellie; her parents-in-law, Carl Hawes, Elizabeth Hawes Anderson and Marcella Bell; her pet Miss Kitty; and her friends, Tom and Janey Blair. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
