She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur T. Sr. Morris and Mary Elizabeth Morris; her brother Arthur Thomas Morris, Jr.; and her grandson Brandon Cooper. She is survived by: her husband Donald Ray Noffsinger, Sr.; her son Donald Ray Noffsinger, Jr.; and her siblings, Mary Grace Morris Whitney, Nancy Elizabeth Morris, Charles William Morris, James Douglas Morris, Celia Mae Cooper, Janice Marie Wootton (David), Michael Vincent Morris, Tammy Roseanne Clary (Joe) and Tina Marie Morris.
All who wish to honor and remember Margaret in person at the visitation or funeral is required to wear a mask or face covering while inside the church for the safety of all those in attendance.
