He is survived by: his wife Sandra Payne of Maceo; his children, Marcus Ray Payne, Jr. (Misty) of Owenboro, Amie Lambert (John) and April Payne; his granddaughter Isabelle Long of Owensboro; and his sisters, Jackie Payne of Owenboro and Frankie Vanover (Rick) of Owenboro. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren and his 9 great grandchildren.
