It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lula C. Foster of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on September 29, 2021, at the age of 83, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, James Albert and Mary Branham Caudill; her husband William T. "Bill" Foster; her grandson Richard Roberts; and her siblings, Betty Hagman, Olive Westerfield, Paul Caudill and David Caudill.

She is survived by: her daughters, Belinda Roberts and Angela Ford (Tommy); her grandchildren, Samantha Roberts, Jessica Ford and David Ford; and her sister June Anderson. She is also survived by 5 great-grandchildren.
