With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Lucy Proctor Hamilton of Owensboro, Kentucky, born in Butler, Kentucky, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 18, 2024 at the age of 91. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd Proctor and Millie Proctor (Brown); her husband Randall Hamilton; and her sisters, Eula McIntyre, Dorothy Spalding and Annie Martin.
She is survived by: her daughter Debi Stinnett (George); her brother Carlus Proctor (JoAnn); and her grandson Kevin Stinnett. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
