She was predeceased by: her parent Spiros Lellos; her husband Charley A. Shanks; her son Michael A. Cook; her grandson Jacob Paul Hale; and her brother Nick Lellos.
She is survived by: her friend Majken Broby; her children, Eddie Cook (Virginia) of Goodlettsville, Charley A. Chuck' Shanks (Kat) of Marysville and Brigitte Cook of Owensboro; her adoptive daughter Krista Denton of Evansville, Indiana; her grandchildren, Isaac Hale, Rebekah Hale and Amanda Elliott (Matt); and her great grandchildren, Ella, Ashton, Jocelyn, Lindy Lu and Silas. She is also survived by many other extended family members and friends.
