She was predeceased by: her parents, Dallas Hamilton and Lulu Hamilton; her husband H. Joe Wethington; and her brothers, Donnie, Leon Jake and Tommy Hamilton.
She is survived by: her daughters, Peggy White of Owensboro, Cat Wethington of Owensboro, Lydia Wethington of Owensboro, Jackie Wethington of Owensboro and Janice Wethington of South Carolina; her grandsons, Alan White and Collin Horn; her great grandchildren, Aiden and Jared; and her sisters, Shirley McCormick and Betty King. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
