She was predeceased by: her parents, Floyd L. Lancaster and Elsie Mae Simmons Lancaster; her husbands, Douglas S. Haynes and H. Warren Hartsough; and her sisters, Edna Bohaning, Jeanne Wathen, Ella Mae Jackson and Mildred Lancaster.
She is survived by: her nephew Richard S. Wathen Jr.; her nieces, Leslie Wathen of Tampa, Brenda Malin of Evansville and Joan Shappard of Newburgh; her great-nieces and great-nephews, Stephanie Swanson, Chase Swanson, Kyle DePeppe, Brent DePeppe, Matthew Shappard and Elizabeth Shappard; her stepchildren, Gregory W. Hartsough and Nancy Jane Miller; her stepgrandchildren, Dr. Sarah Hartsough Callahan, Dr. Richard Hartsough, Rebecca Hartsough, Phillip J. Mui, Joanna Hayes and Jillian Hayes; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, Harrison, Logan Callahan and Jane Hunter Callahan.
