It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Louis Bushrod Woods (Owensboro, Kentucky), who passed away on June 24, 2019, at the age of 86, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Bushrod and Melissa F. Berry Bushrod; his wife Eloise Gaylee Purcell Woods; his daughter Yvonne Woods; his sisters, Amanda Bushrod and Ona Mae Gray; and his granddaughter Jasmine Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Glenn Woods (Jeanine) and Gazetta Neyra; his grandchildren, Destiny Woods, Geri Davis (Andrae), Brianne Crockett (Michael), Jamin Johnson (Randy), Gazelle Leon (Curtis), Telem Johnson, Pelaiah Barner (Michael), Aija, Elioenai, Lastira Johnson, Bryson Morrow (Caitlin), Kennedy Rowan, Jai Rowan, Zalaya, Zaria, Lemaj, Lyric, Le-Aira, Nyla Cate and DeVaughn Johnson; and his niece Melissa Gray. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
