She was predeceased by: her parents, Theodore Wood and Arie Bowman Wood; her husband Clyde Patton; her brother Charles William Wood; and her brother-in-law Billy R. "Duck" Davis.

She is survived by: her sisters, Navada W., Baylo and Artie W. Morris (Phillip) of Shelbyville; her stepson Clyde Thomas Patton (Jonelle) of Texas; her stepgrandchildren, Allen of Texas, Pennie of Texas, Jackie of Texas and Richard of Texas; her nephews, Kyle Davis (Melinda), Kevin Morris (Jodi) and Karlen Morris (Jandi); and her niece Renee Howell (Eddie). She is also survived by several great nieces and nephews; and many great friends.
