She was predeceased by: her parents, Samuel Clark and Thelma Clark; her sons, Scotty Pate and Timmy Pate; the father of her children Paul Pate; and her sisters, Patty Woosnam and Anna Faye Payne.

She is survived by: her son Brian Pate of Owensboro; her grandchildren, Eric Pate, Chelsea Pate, Ashley Pate, Ryan Pate, Cameron Pate and Emily Pate; and her great grandchildren, Trace, Edison, Brentley, Eden, Wesley and Hadley.

Memorial contributions may be made to St. Jude's Research Hospital for Children.
