She was predeceased by: her parents, James Wilkerson and Henrietta Galloway Wilkerson; her husband Carl D. Hayden; and her siblings, Curtis Wilkerson and Patty Carol Wilkerson Kirk.
She is survived by: her children, Curtis (Lori), Kathy, Ruben, Frank (Theresa) of Owensboro and Donald of Indianapolis; and her sister Odetta Martin (Bill) of Owensboro. She is also survived by 12 grandchildren and 12 great-grandchildren.
