She is survived by: her husband Richard Frank Fowler of Scottsville, KY; her mother Lucille Shultz of Owensboro, KY; her children, Jennifer Hamilton (Brent) of Owensboro, KY and Jesse Chad Simpson (Trisha) of McKinney, TX; her stepchildren, Ben Fowler (Sena) of Alvaton, KY and Jennie Prosser (Zachary) of San Francisco, CA.; her grandchildren, Rachel Hamilton, Trey Hamilton, Isaac Hamilton (Yohana) of Jack Hamilton, A. J, Alison Simpson, Aidan Simpson, Catherine Simpson and Elliot Fowler; and her sisters, Brenda Blair (Danny), Pam Curl (Pete) and Kim Shultz. She is also survived by two nieces, three nephews, and several great nieces and nephews.
