She was predeceased by: her parents, Edwin Luther Brackett and Nancy Waltrip Brackett; her husband Harold Philpott; her son Kevin Philpott; her great grandchild Kaleb Lewis Philpott-Kost; and her brother Carl Brackett.
She is survived by: her granddaughter Ashley Philpott of Owensboro; her great grandchildren, Kamryn and Jadyn Kost; her sister Tena Humphrey (Carl) of Livermore; and her nieces, Carlene Logsdon of Livermore and Kelly Newman of Hartford. She is also survived by her family and being with her granddaughter and two great grandsons.
