She was predeceased by: her son Paul Stephen Bennett; and her stepfather Leo Melhbauer. She is survived by: her husband Jerry Haire; her children, Michael Bennett of Owensboro, Ty Bennett (Cheryl) of Pace, Codee Frakes of Owensboro and Kathy Bennett Sago (Kenny) of Owensboro; her stepchildren, Mark Haire, James Haire and Darlene Higdon (Jason) of Louisville; and her sisters, Barbara Adams Embrey (Harold) and Donna Adams McCoy. She is also survived by six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild.
