It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lewis Rouse of Owensboro, Kentucky, who passed away on August 17, 2023, at the age of 93, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Ellis and Alma Gladys Tucker Rouse; his wife Helen Rouse; his sons, Jeff Rouse and Joey Rouse; and his sister Ovada Jean Smith.
He is survived by: his daughters-in-law, Mary Ellen Rouse of Jacksonville and Rhonda Rouse of Bowling Green; his grandchildren, Nathan Rouse (Ashley), Emily and James Rouse; his sister Patricia Needs (Wayne) of Owensboro; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Ann Jackson of Calhoun. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren, several nieces and nephews.
