She was predeceased by: her mother Billie White; and her mother-in-law Joan Saalwachter. She is survived by: her husband Joseph William Long; her children, Joseph William Long, III and Michelle Long Whitmer (Patrick); her grandson William Elton Smith; and her sisters, Judy Gatz of Louisville and Pam Mason of Katy, Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
