He was predeceased by: his parents, Elmer Gilbert and Vena Gilbert; his son Terry Belcher; and his sister Doris Ann Gilbert. He is survived by: his daughter Kim Stewart (Phil); his wife JoAnn Gilbert; his grandchildren, Brittany Graham (Jake) and Matt Belcher; his great grandchildren, Raeleigh, Mayci, Stella, Noah, Phillip and Tristan; his siblings, Jane Fuqua (Leon), James Gilbert (Edna) and Cathie Hodskins (Joey); his daughter-in-law Melanie Belcher; and his pets, Miss Kitty and Rufus. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
