He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Norcia and Mary Dovidio Norcia; his former wife Patty; his daughter Angela; and his brother Nick Mark Norcia.
He is survived by: his wife Elaine; his children, Nick Norcia (Jeanie), Leonard "Lenny" Norcia (Tammy), Debbie Powers (Gordon) of Rome, GA, Carol Robillard (Dave) of Fernandina Beach, FL and Connie Wesnofske (Brett) of Nashville, TN; his stepchildren, James K Park and Jennifer Haney; his sister Linda Blanding (Larry); and his grandchildren, Bryant Powers (Savannah), Aaron Powers (Alison), Kathleen Arnold (Ben), Steven Powers (Michelle), Nicholas Norcia (Kelsey), Mary Ellen Cunningham (Jacob), Mary Ann Lanoue (Matt), Angela Powers, Sarah Robillard (Johnny), Bradley Norcia (Kelby), Emily Lewis (Nathan), Rachael Wesnofske, Daniel Robillard (Megan), Matthew Norcia (Payton), Christopher Wesnofske (Morgan), Kelly Sue Robillard, Micah Norcia (Lauren), Andrew Wesnofske (Caroline), John David Robillard, Thomas Wesnofske and Patrick Robillard. He is also survived by 26 great-grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Friday, April 4th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301). A funeral service was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Immaculate Catholic Church (2516 Christie Pl, Owensboro, KY 42301). A prayer was held on Friday, April 4th 2025 at 6:30 PM at the James H. Davis Funeral Home and Crematory (3009 Frederica St, Owensboro, KY 42301).
