He was predeceased by: his parents, Anna Lou Evans and B. F. Evans Ford of Livermore. He is survived by: his siblings, Richard (Jan) of Owensboro, Byron Evans of Versailles and Marchetta Evans Nabozny (Ray) of Farmington Hills, MI; his nieces, Lauren Lilly (Ryan) of Manchester, CT, Amy Nabozny of Washington, D. C. and Madalyn Ward of Owensboro; and his nephew Wade Evans (Samantha) of Wheeling.
