He is survived by: his wife Cathy Hamilton; his sons, John Hamilton (Jennifer) and Dale Hamilton; his grandsons, Andrew Hamilton and Griffith Hamilton; and his sister Margie Ashworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
