He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Millay and Mary Seaton Millay; his wife Shirley Young Millay; his grandson Kendall Riley; his siblings, Jerry, Fred Millay and Connie Powers (Jack); and his sister-in-law Mary Millay.
He is survived by: his daughter Angela Millay (Eli Ramirez); his grandchildren, Darien Riley, Jaxon and Alex; his great grandchild Kimberlynn; his siblings, Mary Jo Williams (Richard), Kenny Millay, Tony Millay and Marla Hayden (Michael); his sister-in-law Brenda Millay; and his niece Tonia Porter. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
