He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold R. Bullock and Mary Wood Bullock; and his nephew Austin Millay. He is survived by: his wife Laretta Bullock (Rice); his children, Eric Fullenwider (Angela) and Lauren Kaiser (Aron); his grandchildren, Trevin Fullenwider, Isaac Kaiser and Eli Kaiser; his sister Stephanie Millay (Gary); his brothers-in-law, Gary Rice (JoAnn) and Byron Rice (Leslie); and his nieces and nephews, Stacey Christian (Cary), Ashley Howard (Eric), Ben Rice (Michelle), Nathan Millay (Erica), Jonathan Millay (Amy) and Adam Millay.
